president and general manager of summit events is heidi hughes, cmp. she has made her career in the resort and hospitality industries for over 20 years (starting at age 7…) working in many capacities. since 2002 she has focused her passion for the industry on cultivating summit events dmc as a premier destination resource. heidi was honored as utah chapter - meeting professionals international's planner of the year for 2004-2005, and today serves as chapter president.

pam dion is vice president of design and energy.  she has spent 14 years producing everything from off the hook events and parties to sweet sincere weddings.

courtney morrison is director of account services and mih – make it happen.  trust her to be half a step ahead and enjoy the results.
